Hybrid Birds - for sale here and taking to markets
My hybrids are going to be my "bred and butter birds"
I have my plans for my pure breeds, and working out my breeding enclosures to avoid cross breeding them, so the hybrids are going to have the run of the farm.
My main stock hen is a warren, although I have black rocks and other hybrids too.
My cockerels however make quite a nice selection

and no doubt I will acquire some more lovely cockerels over the months - I tend to take in peoples cockerels when they are unable to keep them (normally due to neighbours) as I have so many ladies that the cockerels don't have time to fight!
Technically I can't sell birds as table birds as I don't have a food license or anything, however hybrid cockerels will be available at around 8 weeks onwards for growing / table at £3.00 chick £5 12 weeks
