Just a quick thank you for the hens - we've had 4 eggs already!
Ok, day one (or 14th July 2008) as it is, and the first of the Poly-tunnels arrived this morning. Highly exciting. My mam is somewhat eager to start propagating the plants already, but will have to wait until the weekend when the tunnel is securely fixed in place.
Myself, I'm excited at the thought of all the beautiful flowers I can plant in my garden (being the adjoining land). Now, I'm not an avid gardener myself, but the thought of milllions of pansies and geraniums and petunias filling every spare inch of my gardens, plant pots and containers over flowing like floral volcanos, does make my interest in the hobby slightly greater!
Thankfully my mam has been a dedicated gardener for, well, pretty much ever really. And technically this is her project (although I do tell people it's mine :-)) so I will leave the actually growing in her capable hands, and I'll see if I can wangle a family discount to get my gardens looking fabby!
