Pure Breeds
Light Sussex POL Hens - £25.00 Each (only one remaining) - calm and docile bird, she'll lay approx 260 eggs per year. A good utility bird meaning you can use for eggs and table.
Copper Maran Hens -18 weeks old / POL - £20.00 Each (only 2 remaining) - Beautiful friendly bird, laying around 260 eggs per year.
Pekins due in November, will be around 16 weeks old.

Grow your own table birds - in 4 weeks, they'll be approx. 5lb, 10 weeks 10lb. Ideal as recycling birds too. You get your own healthy free range chickens to eat, and all of your kitchen scraps get recycled! And no worries about your food being pumped with chemicals either!
These guys are really lazy birds and don't need much space. It is a good idea to make them jump for their food and water though, otherwise they'd go off their legs too soon.
